Meet the Kirkpatricks
Proudly a family business
As a family-run business, we have a personal interest in the company and our clients. Grown from a one-man band to a team of eight, we mostly consist of young professionals eager to help. We’re based in Leicester, though our clients span across the Midlands and throughout the UK.

When was Tsunami founded?
Tsunami Computers was registered in 1998, but we’ve been working within computer and tech support for much longer.
-
Why did you create Tsunami?
We started Tsunami to provide small-medium businesses with a professional IT service, without the steep prices. After years of working in the IT industry, we wanted an honest and transparent approach with our services and prices.

What do you think makes a great IT support company?
Being proactive! We don’t just fix your issues, we determine their cause, so it doesn’t happen again. Our monthly package gives our clients the peace of mind that we’re protecting their IT systems for the long term.
